Today Captain Dillon and I Rode down to Bridge Water College to pickup some shoulder pads. Special Thanks to Coach Clark for helping the Roanoke Rampage Fire and Police Football Team. We were able to get 31 sets of shoulder pads.
Reminder: I need Your Team Dues. I need to get the helmets ordered next week, I work Monday, Wednesday and Friday next week.
Remember to Email Coach Bishop with your Information so he can get you our Defensive packet. Also Special thanks to Coach Bishop for all your help with getting us set ON THE BIG D !!!

Thanks Jarrod, Practice went well,Coach Bishop put the defence in a 3-4 look and a 4-3 look,We liked the 4-3 defence better. Weare deeper in Linebackers then tackles do it fits us better. But the weather beat us down,The temp was 32 at the start of practice. But i was proud of the guys. We had 27 players at practice so thats good. I hope we keep it up,Thanks Todd

I picked-up eight pairs of shoulder pads from the University of Richmond yesterday. How did practice go Thursday?
