All football helmets have been ordered. They will be here in 2 weeks.

I have also ordered all of our pant pads and practice jerseys.

I have 3 guys that still owe team dues,I need to get that in as soon as you get it, Thanks.

As of today we ONLY HAVE 8 SPONSORS, Again we are failing is this area!!! We have 55 players, and only 8 sponsors, we need to get out there and nail down some more sponsors. After I pay for the helmets,pads and practice jerseys we are in the red!!!

Rampage players need to get their 4 Raffle tickets sold ASAP.  Call me if you need your tickets.

Tony Rickman and I meet today with Salem parks and rec to see how they could help the Roanoke Rampage football team get on the field this spring. We have further meetings next week to nail down the Salem stadium for our home games.Director John Shaner was very helpful to us today. He also will work with us to use spartan field for football practice, As of today there is no snow on that field and its a turf field. I am working through the paper work and getting the insurance information to them next week. I hope we will be back on a football field in 2 weeks.

Next week we will practice both days. Either in a gym or on the football field. Worse case scernio we will work out at the EDGE sports performance center during the day.

FOOTBALL PRACTICE CANCELED TONIGHT

Coach bishop is working on a gym for us,

WE WILL PRACTICE BOTH DAYS NEXT WEEK!!!

Either on the field or in a gym.Or during the day  at the edge sports performance center. This will only be till the snow is gone and the weather gets better!!!.

All Ramgape football players: If you do not have your Raffle tickets please call or email Todd Stone to pick yours up,If we do not get the tickets sold we will not play football this year. Its a lot rideing on this fund raiser.Its a make or brake deal!!!!!!! Each player only needs to sale 4 tickets. Thanks Todd

Meeting tonight @ Roanoke firefighters union hall @ 6:00 pm.

Meeting agenda:

If you have sponsor money please bring it tonight,if you still owe team dues have it tongiht. This will also be the last night to get measured for helmets!

Team members need to pick up Raffle tickets

Need to pass out team Hoodies, tee shirts and Shorts for team workouts.

Go over playbooks ( bring 3 ring binder)

Talk about team travel to away games.

Soon as this cold spell brakes we will get back on the practice field,We will start practice in full pads at the end of the month. For now you need to be running and working out at the gym. April 3rd will be here soon. But do not sweat the small stuff, Remember it’s football for charity!!

Rampage football fund Raiser

The Roanoke Rampage Fire and Police Football team will be doing a fund raiser over the next 2 months,We are asking each team member to sale 4 tickets (More if you can) If you would like to help the Rampage football team contact a team member to get your ticket.

Football Practice.

The Roanoke Rampage football team will be meeting tomorrow night at the Roanoke Firefighters union hall @ 1115 patterson ave sw Roanoke.All members need to make arrangements to be there. The meeting will start at 6:00 pm.

We have some team business to handle,and some team dues and sponsorship money to collect.We will also hand out some new playbook pages. We will also hand out sweat shirts, Tee Shirts and shorts for team workouts. Thanks To Servpro for our new workout uniforms.
