Hydration
Saturday the temp will be 80 degrees. Please start hydrating now. Drink plenty of water and increase electrolytes over the next few days to avoid cramps and sickness at the game. All football players need to be at the stadium by 12 noon. All people assisting Marci with 50/50, ticket sales, program sales need to arrive by 1 pm.

At Monday nights Practice while running in a wet muddy area i slipped and had pain at the top of my knee. After getting home i had a lot of swelling and some pain in the Knee area. I went to the Dr Yesterday and was sent to a orthopedic specialist. It was determined that i have a Torn Quad Muscle at the top of my knee. I have been told to stay off it and keep it elevated. I will be fine, But my dream of running on the the football field one more time is over! I hate it, I have worked really hard putting this together with 2 goals, playing football and raising money for our charity. This is a GREAT thing we are doing, I have had a lot of fun and would not trade the experience our friendships for nothing in this world. I will still run the program but will need A TON OF HELP THIS WEEK! I know that i have given Fuel to our fire and police chiefs and their suck ups, I will catch holy hell for getting hurt, and hear a lot of I told you so. But I am not worried about that, I have seen this team grow and i know the good we will do for Cancer Research. It has been worth it to me and that is all that counts in my life! I will see you on the field soon, But in a coaching uniform lol!! Todd Stone.

Rampage News
The Roanoke Rampage Football team’s first game is just a week away! Please make plans to be there.
Football Jerseys: The Home and Away jerseys are very nice.But most of them are very big on our players. Some of the guys have asked if they can purchase new one’s on their own. They are $26 per jersey, We must have a minimum of 30 to order, I can also get children sizes in your number (Same Price) If you want to pay for a smaller jersey please post.If i get 30 or more i will place a order.
Football Bags:Football bags are due next week. I have a few guys that still owe money for them.I need the money by wed. Thanks
Plane seats: The Football players tickets will be payed for by team funds. The plane will leave Richmond at 7am. we have to be checked in BY 6AM.We will Make plans to car pool and ride down after the April 3rd game. On April 3rd their will be a sign up sheet for guys taking the plane down, I will need full name and DOB. That day i will know how many seats will be left over and will offer to team family members at the same cost $129.00 Round trip.
Please spread the word about the game try to get as many family.Friends, and co workers you an get to come.Our Charity really could use the money.
Football Practice:The last 2 football practices have been very flat and alot of guys have not been there. Next week we will practice Monday (Full Pads) Wed, (Shorts Shoulder pads) and Thur ( Shorts Helmet) If you want to play much in the game you need to be there as much as you can next week.We have alot of a Sponsors depending on us!!!
Please have on your Rampage shorts and tee shirts at practie next week.WSLS will be there one night.
Orlando Trip in May
The Roanoke Rampage Football team will take on the Orlando Guardians on may 8th in Orlando. Today I booked 40 seats on a Airtran out of Richmond. I have to have the sets assigned to each person BY APRIL 7TH. I need a good solid count on who is going by airline to start the process. I will give all left over seats to family members. Or you can call and get a set added to that flight for friends and family! If we have any left over seats they will be $129.00 per person Round trip.

Orlando football game
Today i found a round trip flight with airTran. The flight leaves Richmond at 7am non stop to Orlando.we would not get back to Richmond till 9pm on Monday. The flight would be $129.00 per player. Odd times, but what do you think?? What would be our logistics? Any ideas?
I have a 48 hour hold on the seats !

Rampage Announce details for April 3rd Game
The Roanoke Rampage take on the South Carolina Commanders April 3rd at 3pm. The general mangers from both teams talked tonight and ironed out the details. This should be a good game between two probationary teams trying to make a name for their selves in the National Public safety football league!
