Rampage Point System, explained

By · January 23, 2012 · Filed in News

The Roanoke Rampage Football Team has established a points system for all players, coaches and team trainers.  The point system is designed to insure that our financial obligations are met through teamwork and equitable contribution.  The team’s financial obligations include raising funds for charity, travel to both New York and Florida and general team expenses.   Over the last two seasons, travel has been a significant expenditure for the team players, coaches and team trainers will now be expected to work toward earning team travel points, these travel points will go toward the travel cost to both Tampa, FL and New York.  Roanoke Rampage will reimburse players, coaches and team trainers up to 100%  of the agreed upon reimbursement amount for the flight to Tampa, this will not be the full purchase price of the ticket but the reimbursement amount that the Board indicates.  Each player has an opportunity to earn up to 100 points which will qualify the player to earn 100% of the agreed upon reimbursement amount for the flight. Coaches and team trainers may earn up to 20 points toward team travel which will qualify the coach or team trainer to earn 100% of the agreed upon reimbursement amount for the flight.  The established points system is indicated below:
